Thought this was gonna be about a certain ex Raith Manager who is total gash at Managing. Oh well ;)

I think his position is Club Secretary, which is a really important position in any football club. He replaces our current Secretary who is taking early retirement. He comes with lots of experience, so looks like an excellent appointment to me.
