My first game of the season yesterday and i have to say I was surprised by how sharp he was given that he looked a few pounds overweight, his second goal was one of the best goals I have seen us score for a while and worth the entrance fee alone. Looking forward to the Livi game and couldn't give a phuck about playing Linfield. If Fyvie plays like that every week we will pish the league. Mon United!!
Have to mention Willo and Robson as well, big pass marks from me.

Good game to go to for first of the season as previous Dumbarton game was dire and Morton game a tad improvement. However Saturday was a big improvement especially after 1st goal, dont know about Fyvie being overweight as i never really watched the guy b4 UTD but 1 good goal and 1 belter long may that last. Elizibeathin pub too busy for me but hey ho Aldis to the rescue. BTW was Flood playing right back or right mid?

He's shown real improvement last two games. Definitely more to come though, very nearly cost us by losing ball on edge of our box at 0-0 and although he was unlucky, he set up their goal too.

If he gets the ball moving quicker and keeps showing desire to get into opponents box, he'll have a great season.

Only saw the highlights and saw he got brushed off by a player on the edge of the box, like has happened a few times this season. Cant blame him for putting his head in the way of the cross for their goal though.

Just need to keep him and Briels fit and they will both have a great season!

Not sure about him being overweight. Maybe just big boned and a decent sized unit.

Goals on Saturday were great. Let’s hope the midfield can get firing and have us walk this league

He was skinny compared to the Dunfermline number 8 who was an absolute tank. Just my view that he looked like he was carrying a bit of extra timber, I did hear a couple of other boys say it as well though. Maybe it's all muscle. Briels looked solid in midfield and his booking for taking pot shot kicks at the back of an opposition player was only trumped by the chants of "you are going home to shag your sister" directed at the 2 wee fannys in the main stand 😂😂

Ment to ask what was briels grumping to the ref about when the 3rd goal went in? Everybody went to congratulate fyvie but briels had more pressing issues with the ref 😂

The fact that he got booked 2 minutes beforehand despite winning the ball cleanly.

Strange one then cos Jordi obviously had a chance to gripe to the ref about the unfairness of the booking when he received it, why 2 minutes later did he head right for the ref immediately at FF's thunderbolt?? Particularly seeing it was a thunderbolt too.
