Who should the club bring in to replace LM?

McCulloch's sacking is no surprise to anyone but who should the club bring in? If you were Killie's Chairman - who in your opinion:

Proven track record of success,
Decent calibre
Can show and provide a high standard of training to players
Bring in new fresh and proper talent
Get players to gel
Knows their stuff?
Can afford to bring in that person?

My choice would be between Mixu Paatelainen or Gary Holt,although I think Jim McIntyre would also be worth considering for his love of Killie and also because of his past playing success on the field.
