Nah, it means you can go between Stonehaven and Montrose at 120 mph as long as you slow down to 60 mph the rest of the way to Dundee.

Just as well I don't live near St.Cyrus anymore.

Aberdeen to Laurencekirk at 120 mph on a Wednesday provided you go at 60mph the rest of the week.



I've heard worse excuses at Stonehaven Sheriff Court.

I'd imagine so as not all speedometers are totally accurate so they need to give you some leeway. 10% of the speed limit plus 2mph is what you are allowed. Be interesting to see if Humsa Yousafs little project really does cut accidents.
