Always saddens me but never surprises me.

It's no difficult to answer an email even to say thanks but no thanks.

Before I emailed I called dens and asked for the person who I was told deals with what I wanted, and was told they were out at present, so this person wasn't on holiday when I emailed them

I've had issues with our commercial department for years. Went to see Keith Haggart at the beginning of last season and he assured me that things would improve, but I don't see any evidence of it.
I sponsored a youth player last season and expected an 'invitation' to renew my sponsorship or to 'follow' the player into the first team squad, but none came. I could put myself out by contacting them but don't see why I should bother when they don't.
Sad that the club is turning down 'free' money.
