Like Micky Mouse Cup games this season, cup games v Morcambe and Oxford last season, etc... nothing has been learned, nothing ever changes. If Steve Evans was still in charge, at least quite a few players would have been told that they were not fit to wear a Millers shirt again and that they were on their way to Bury... I do miss that!

We have all seen the defensive issues, even in games we have won comfortably we have looked like conceding.

Been saying it from day one, we need;

Goal keeper
2 centre backs
2 full backs
...and a defensive coach

Yes we could/should have but we weren't.

Invest in a good keeper in January
Get Wood on the defensive coach side
Get a settled back four now before January to see if they can step up.
I believe we have some good players that need to be settled as much as possible

But I'm not a manager so don't see what goes off in training which seems more important than doing the job on the pitch :s
