The players we have should be better.
Ajayi got worse.
Terrible tactics.
Stubbornness or lack of ability to see that we’ve been found out.
How much experience do we have in our coaching team?
Young prospects overlooked.

Sick of hearing we’re just outside play offs.
Not many included me expected us to go back up.

Problem is we’re not looking at development of the squad or young players with a long term view.

We’re not a team.
More worryingly is that Warne can’t or won’t or is not capable of doing anything about it.
Relegation form at the moment.

I can cope with mediocrity if there’s a method or reasoning behind it.
Anyone know what that is?

Warne interview after the game tells me he doesn’t know or even see it.

I've been saying we have some good players imo, coaching needs to step up for sure and it's a worry when Warney doesn't think we need a defensive coach.

I know we had injuries/suspensions but he still played a few out of position when didn't have to

To me some, players still can't read each other's game

I was happy when he put Forde on right yesterday who had been a scrap goat for fans due to Warney playing him on left.

I thought his substitutions were awful yesterday.
Hurst outthought him yesterday.

Are you guys prepared to root and branch this ? , change the model ? , be prepared for some rough times before it gets better ?

Looks like your very near that point to me .

Forde. Tell me what he's done since he's been here. Going to keep saying this. Get Bailey-King back. Forde get shut in January. He doesn't bring nothing to the side.

Yeah why not?

I’ve said before if we’re gonna get the young uns in let’s do it and explain what our long term plan is?

We haven’t got any plan at the moment.
Problem is we will need different coaches.

The stats are that he has more assists than any other Rotherham player.

It's not like gwru to ignore stats that prove him wrong.

When we were relegated I was hoping that our 2016/17 players would play better at this level. I think that Forde and Taylor (when fit) have intermittently done so... the rest haven't. Our current coaching system is not improving them. No signs that Warney is learning much re team selection and tactics either. Our aim is to avoid relegation now, and most of the remaining "Stubbsy's striplings" and pre-Stubbsy players will need to be replaced at the end of the season. Thankfully, some of the worst will be out of contract anyway in summer.

Well the hiring of Mark Burton is a significant step however the brand at Rotherham needs to improve because it's not the go to club for young players to join , it hasn't for quite a while now .

The starting point is young loans from PL clubs , Tammy Abrahams , Loftus Cheek's , Izzy Brown , Ash Fletcher , Aaron Moy , you get the picture .

Get the first team loaded up for the present whilst the academy is getting the blocks built and give yourselfs half a chance .

I'm not entirely on board with players at my club who are not on the book but given the way football operates today but it's difficult to argue against it .

Our team who were promoted from league one contained , Ash Fletcher , Lloyd Isgrove , Josh Brownhill and Kevin Long , we wouldn't have achieved it without them and we are doing ok now because of it .

😀 I'm guessing your grammatically correct humour may be lost on a few.

I think it's Williams on 5
Forde on 4

I like Forde but for him to progress he needs to be on the right
