tried to catch the match at your place during the week only to be told that the away end was sold out I was very surprised as you have a big stadium but it seems we were only allocated around 2,000, is that true and is it normal.

Looking forward to an entertaining game, let's hope so. Come on you Lions !!!!!!!

I may be a Lions fan but Millwall deserved to win that game, however really good game and a brilliant atmosphere.

Tough one to answer Claw. As with ticketing these days, clubs have to pay in advance for tickets with NO sell back clause (no pun intended Claw[s]). The next block available would have been about 500 odd tickets. Maybe your club said no.
The most likely answer could be the West Midlands finest (old bill to you) put a cap on sales, as well as the special road closures usually reserved for the inbreds from small heath. We get the same treatment when we go on our humanitarian mission down there, 2000 tickets and a lock in.
By all accounts you did indeed deserve more from the game, but hey, that’s how footy can be mate.
What was the anniversary that brought your ‘old boys’ out today? Hope they enjoyed the German Xmas Market.

However you should get promoted this year with the stroung squad you have.

Millwall were the better of the two lions. I wonder why the Millwall players were chasing the ref down when Villa broke away and made a decent chance right after Johnstone came off his line and ran 30 yds out? Did they feel that Johnstone jumped into his tackle? I tend to think he did. The commentary guy thought it was a handball by Samba that upset them.
