Lamberk has beven appointed their "head of relegation" in a bid to play more games next year in the championship. The owners have said "we wanted a proven premier league manager who has done well with strong and stable clubs".

However, they still appointed him and he will take charge of the relegation push after tonight's battering at old Trafford.

If he gets plenty of money he will be okay. If he goes the young and hungry route then they're in trouble.

I just wonder of he has moved on from his RB and Jordan obsession

He fulfilled his criteria. 2 wins in 15 games and has parted Stoke City. Seriously this guy shouldn't be a manager. Maybe only at McDonald's or burger king.

How do managers like him and pardew keep getting jobs? Where next for him? I hear Sutton Coldfield town could be asking him but they've already been relegated so maybe his expertise won't come in useful
