I really think Little had a better footballing brain. I recall him being so far ahead of his team mates in 73-74 season. As the Saunders era came in and better players arrived he just flourished.

IF JG continues to progress just think how good he'll be in a few years, probably not with us but let's enjoy it while it lasts eh!
