How come they are so efficient with postage?

Not sarcasm just genuine amazement.

Whenever we order tickets they arrive next morning. This happens every single time over many years.

OK so I know that is not that unusual to get delivery on the next working day but when you bear in mind we live in Scotland (just in) and yesterday didn't order till 2.30 and they were through my letter box by 8.30 am this morning.

So good on you TO keepo up the magnificent efficiency!

Ever since Dave Baldwin took charge everything seems to work at nearly 100% efficiency - even the first team!

To be fair BT with regards to the postage of tickets its always been like that. Even if I have ordered at 4.55pm they are there at my doorstep the next morning. It's the only thing that I can guarantee - even the "next day delivery" w@****s" regularly mess up.
