With equine flu seemingly under control, now is the time to look forward to the greatest sporting event on earth (in my humble opinion of course). It's something everyone with even a passing interest in jump racing should experience, and I can help you out there. On Wednesday March 13th Altior, the highest rated chaser in the world defends his crown and and I can offer you the chance to be there at a bargain price. For a mere £45 I can offer return travel, entry to the Best Mate enclosure, I'll even include a couple of beers. If you turn up on the day, it will cost £45 just for your admission ticket. Thank you for your comments, as long as you see it as a bit of fun you will be fine. The golden rule is to never bet more than you can afford to lose. I will post my selections for tomorrow (weather permitting) a bit later but I have a poor record on day 2 in recent years.

It finished fifth, so would have been a loser under normal terms.
