With Steve Bruce taking charge of Sheff Wednesday the beginning of this month you know that their team is going to be well organised.
Their previous manager Dutchman Jos Luhukay was very experienced but unsuccessful there after only winning one of their last ten games, and a total of 16 wins in his 49 games in charge. He took over from Carlos Carvalhal 11 months ago.
Bruce’s 4 games in charge have yielded 1 win and 3 draws.
Centre back Jordan Thorniley is set to miss out with concussion, but captain Tom Lees, also a centre back, is ready to return after injury.
Josh Anomah, on loan from Spurs, is still out with a hamstring injury.

Our achilles heel is the high press and it was our downfall again as Wednesday romped into a 3-0 lead by half time, forcing us into errors at the back.
Always a thorn in our side over the years, Steven Fletcher, with a spectacular bicycle kick in the 42nd minute sealed our fate.
Reach scored a brace in the 11th and 32nd minute as defensive mistakes cost us badly.
Any remote chance of the play offs has gone now and we are left to reflect on what might have been.
If only our hedge fund owners had given us some investment as promised, instead of conducting a fire sale of 19 first team players.
This has left us with a team made up from our U23’s and fringe players that they couldn’t sell.
The outcome was inevitable
