So Paragon go bust, taking Notts down with it, and this new company starts up buying out Paragon for £1 and continuing Paragon's business. Meantime AH can blame Paragon going bust for taking Notts out of the league. #conspiracy theory No1002 of how to go bust and keep trading written by numerous Leather and Furniture store owners.
