Battle of two out of form teams.
With Bolton players not being paid for February will they have the same enthusiasm as normal.
Fer has aggravated his hamstring injury and will be out a further two weeks at least, so not much choice to change things around from last week’s defeat.
Are some of our players holding back not to get injured for the big cup game in a few weeks. Certainly looked like it last week as we weakly succumbed to a team who were below us in the table.

Phew, that was hard work. Swans laboured without reward against a very deep defensive Bolton set up until a breakthrough late in the second half.
Lowly Bolton came for the draw and almost got it despite losing two players.
Noone was booked for the second time on 43’ and walked, Wheaten saw red on 73’, as last defender bringing down Routledge who was through on goal.
Seven minutes later McBurnie fired home, making up for an earlier penalty miss in the first half. Celina made sure of the points in injury time with the second goal.
Swans are only seven points outside the play-offs but have to overcome some very tough league games coming up, all away from home.
Next Friday night 8/3 away at leaders Norwich, the following Wed 13/3 away at 4th place WBA, and Sat 30/3 away at 9th place Forest, with an FA Cup tie sandwiched in between at home to Man City on Sat 16/3!

We weren’t at our best and looked as if we lacked some confidence going forward after the first half drubbing at Sheff Wed last time out.
All’s well that ends well though, and the two late goals, a penalty miss, and a goal disallowed was enough to keep the home fans happy and three points in the bag.
