We’re back to league soccer after the Man City Cup game and a two week break.
Swans have lost their last 4 away games and need to break this sequence soon.
McBurnie should be back after missing games through a sickness bug, although he was well enough to play for Scotland.
Two wins and four defeats in the last six games do not make good reading. Forest are slightly better with two wins and two draws in the last six.
Strange our captain Fer has been out a long time now and no word on his return yet.
Olsson is out for the season then out of contract so I can’t see him staying.
James scored his first goal for Wales and we need to make the most of him as he will be another that will draw interest from bigger clubs.
It’s anyone’s guess what our team will look like next season with our owners desperate to balance the books.
They’ve hired a bankruptcy specialist as our new chairman and it’s hard to see anything other than another fire sale in the summer.
Back to Saturday’s game and we need to replicate the attacking tactics we displayed against Man City. Sit back and pass it sideways and backwards and we’ll get beat.

Six away games defeated in a row. We are not that bad as we have played well in most of those games, but we have to stop conceding set piece goals. Forest 3 shots on target two goals, Swans 6 shots on target 1 goal.
We had 69% possession and we couldn’t beat Forest despite dominating for 80 minutes, and taking the lead through a Byers shot turned in by Roberts on 76mins.
Two late corners by Forest, two headers on 80 and 87 mins and it was game over.
We were winning 0-1 until Potter introduced the subs, McKay for Dyer 70 mins, Baker-Richardson for Byers 84mins, both subs weakened the team.
Post match managers comments:
O’Neill - "We showed tremendous character because everything seemed lost. I'm delighted for the players because they proved to themselves they can get something out of a game where they have been second best for a lot of it.“
Potter - “We did everything right apart from the last 10 minutes. We didn't defend two actions in the box and you come away losing.”

We have to sort out our defending from set pieces. It has ruined our season. Neither Nordfeldt nor Mulder dominate their area. I watched the massive Forest goalkeeper Pantilimon and he got every ball.
Also we hesitate to shoot when in favourable positions and rely too much on McBurnie. He was out of form coming back from illness and missed a sitter.
The subs bench was weak (thanks to our owners dumping three players in January).
McKay and CBR when they came on weakened the team and we conceded the two goals.
