Aanybody know if a new company been set up recently,connected to Notts.If the new owners are pulling the strings as scoop is saying & have passed the EFL test,wouldn't they have had to set up a new company?

No, they'd just take over the current one. It's not they're pulling the strings, they're just getting a final say on financial things as they will be on the hook for it
