They must be doing something right; in the shadows of the Prem league giants we have Blackpool,Morecambe, Accy, Macclesfield, Rochdale, Fleetwood, Salford and Chorley to name but a few, who, despite much lower gates (Blackpool excepted) seem to be streets ahead of NCFC.

Macclesfield who haven't paid their team's wages on time 4 times this season and have a winding up order against them?

who still managed to finish above the mighty NCFC regardless. Let's take them out of the list then.

A lot of it comes down to togetherness. Under the trust we were at the bottom of L2 and had players with sngnificantly less natural ability than the current crop have. However they were essentially a band of brothers and it got us out of the doo doo. Now we have a bunch of over paid disinterested minions who have no passion and are divided. The old addage if talent doesnt work hard then hard work beats talent has never been more apt than with this bunch of players.

This is why we need a complete clear out. Manager as well

Dont agree with Ardley do agree with the majority of the squad. We need one or two stabilising forces at the club and he can be one. I think every poster is agreed that at least 80% ( if not more) of this squad needs to go.
