Well spotted Swale, that's the first bit of positive NCFC news I've seen in a while. Maybe Notts debts to them have been settled as part of the takeover, allowing them to remain solvent?

Does that mean the PLG administrator will not be aggressively going after the loans to Notts?

Let's hope so. Fingers crossed. I understand this is all part of the grand plan.

Leisure isn't in administration? Do you mean paragon interiors?

Leisure isn't in administration? Do you mean paragon interiors? No he means Leisure, Companies House were taking action against them for not filing accounts I think from previous NP articles.

They were but no administrators were involved, in that scenario, the assets (including Notts shares) would go to the crown

Have they sorted this out from S.A as the start of their takeover, flying over to finalise the deal, or just wishful thinking

To have this removed, they must have filed their accounts, either

1) without huge losses that would otherwise show insolvency
or
2) filed with loses and proof of ability to keep trading (ie payment made/due to be received with evidence)

In order to be able to continue trading, something must have positively changed in their position
