The obvious place for such a development is on the South side of the river, just downstream from Trent Bridge. Plenty of useless and underutilised land there with good river views. Carefully done and it could give the cricket ground river views too.

Yes it's been done before on here and the plan is available - but the doing it on the south side would have obvious advantages, the whole stretch from Trent Bridge to Lady Bay Bridge :)

Yes, they ought to get that hideous tin prefab with the cauliflower pictures on it off the riverbank. It's been there for years now and you'd think someone must've have reported it. You'd think the council would have made them sort it out by now. Bloody eyesore.

The south side is the obvious place for a multistory car-park with a monorail link to fortress Meadow Lane - we'll need the extra space when we have our 80,000 seater stadium, and are in the premier league. - SA 5 year plan, press conference 3pm.
