Welcome back to the winners circle . Absolute tremendous perfomance today and great comeback against Stan the Man . A winner again on the ATP Tour when at the start of the year his career looked over. Total dedication to a sport he loves . Legend.
Scotland's greatest Sportsman in my opinion .

No doubt about it. Absolutely stunning that after only 7 tournaments into his comeback he is an ATP Title winner again. Deserves every success he gets with all the hard work he puts in month after month. Well done Andy.

Unbelievable really. He had basically retired in January, had the op, which folk said he would never be able to play after and 9 months later wins an ATP tournament. The mental strength and determination he has is unreal. Made in Scotland from girders.

Sorry to go O/T but if our players had half his guts, desire and determination we would be cruising the Championship.

If the top three teams apart from us never bothered turning up this year, we'd cruise it as well.

Those doctors who put that new hip deserve a bonus. Jeez.

To come back from that and win a tournament.

Probably a decade ago that would have meant curtains.

It was an atp 250 tournament, the top 3 players don't play in them. However Wawrinka is about to be back in the top 10 so it is still an incredible achievement.
