Here we go then. Pick ourselves up, and dust ourselves down, ready for the next challenge, Brentford, Tuesday night at the Liberty.
We beat them 3-0 in last season’s corresponding fixture but may not find it so easy this time.
Brentford come off the back off a home win last Saturday against Millwall. Two nil down with 6 mins to go and they go and score three goals to win 3-2. They will be buoyed up by that result and will be looking to build on it.
There’s some doubt if Rodon will be fit in time after he had a kick on his ankle, Wilmot is ready and waiting, after replacing Rodon for the last 20 minutes at Barnsley.
Dyer will be back after missing the last match due to personal problems. Kalulu not ready, but is making progress and should start full training next week. We need some width to break down teams and those two can supply it.

Perhaps we can move Celina more central, he's wasted on the wing.
Our midfield is too weak. We miss a player like a fit and on form Fer, who gave us some muscle, at the moment we are too lightweight and get dispossessed too easily.
One win in seven since the first International break is not good enough.

Well after the disaster of Tuesday night’s drubbing at the hands of Brentford it’s hard to know where to start.
Dropping our best player Celina for the fragile and lightweight Dhanda was not a good idea, somehow he’s Cooper’s golden boy. Anyway he was pulled at half time so the mistake was acknowledged.
A listless and lethargic performance first half and we were two goals down. Only bright spot Peterson came in and played well before fading towards the end.
Second half we were marginally better but Brentford scored the third goal on the counter attack and heads went down.
No inspiration from the bench, no emotion, no change in tactics, like for like subs, and the outcome was a formality.

It's hard to pinpoint what's gone wrong. How can we be a top of the table side one week, then play like relegation candidates thereafter.
I saw no fight or determination from the players on Tuesday night. The captain should show leadership on the field but that was missing, time for a change?
Fringe players should now be given a chance. Wilmot should come in and play defensive midfield in front of the back four and move Grimes further forward.
