Christoffer saying that his number one priority is building a new scouting structure to improve recruitment. Another priority is to identify other sources of revenue to boost the club coffers and improve efficiency. Also wants to improve the matchday experience and promote the club effectively in Nottingham area.

If there are any more decent, honourable and self-effacing owners out there in English football then the club that has them is very lucky indeed.

I don't mean to turn the attention away from the fine work the owners and, of course, Les Bradd....but is Colin Slater ok? He does ever so well to get about, and clearly still has his marbles...but he does look frail.

Also said they will be better prepared for the next transfer window, like the sound of that.

I saw Colin at the Wrexham game sitting by himself in an easy chair on the balcony and passed the same comment. Best not to pry too far ....... it becomes too easy to fear the worst.

Unfortunately old age is the greatest leveller. Lets hope he has some good time left yet and hes still muddling up his player names when we are back in the football league.

At 85 years of age, he probably has his bad days health wise. The last time he spoke on Radio Nottingham pre-match he sounded very well. Hope he can stick around long enough to see the club back in the Football League.
