Next up, in an early (12:30) kick off, is an away match at Wigan.
Wigan are a strong team at home and have won their last three games at the DW Stadium.
Swans fans will have to depart before sunrise for this one, round trip is 8 hours travel plus service breaks, but will be thankful for a free pie and a pint on offer at the ground as a reward for their endeavours.
A selection dilemma for Steve Cooper as he made 6 changes for the last match against Cardiff.
Unbeaten on the road this season it would be nice to continue that run.
In a Press Conference yesterday Cooper confirmed that Andre Ayew has been appointed Vice Captain in a move to quell fans concerns about lack of leadership on the pitch, and the responsibility of the captaincy affecting Matt Grimes’ game.

One of two successive away matches then a two week International Break. Saving my money for Gary Monk's Sheffield Wed away match the week after.
Never been to Hillsborough but I've been to Sheffield Utd's ground, an unwelcome place with pubs all around but big signs outside "home supporters only".

Swans took the lead in the 12th minute, Dyer scoring from close range, Celina with the assist.
VdH pulled back Dunkley in front of the ref for their penalty from a corner, Moore sent Woodman the wrong way.
Wigan all over us second half but we held out. Deep in injury time sub Roberts crossed for sub Surridge to score the winner.
Not at our best, but Wigan are a strong team at home, and a win is a win and 3 points in the bag.

Not a very good game for us but like you say we got the win. Wigan had 11 corners as crosses and free kicks rained in. They hit the bar once but otherwise we held firm and somehow stopped their top scoring centre back Dunkley from getting on the scoresheet.
