I truly don’t see why it took so long to start the investigation & to so long from now to go to trial.

I suspect a wall of silence from the Fleetwood end and the CPS needing very concrete evidence before proceeding .

A lad at works partner was involved in the case and although very limited to what he could tell me he did say collecting evidence to satisfy the CPS was proving difficult .
