Disgusting that Villa will get off.

Any team doing this should be relegated by two divisions in the way Swindon got punished 20 odd years ago when they fell foul of the rules.

a) is it, that if you are found to have broken the rules but get promoted, the EFL cannot touch the club or

b) there was no investigation? Or

c) there was evidence but no charges pressed.

If (a) the EFL should hold any penalty back until when a club is relegated back to the EFL.

If (b) why not?

And (c) again why not?

There appears to be rules for some clubs and not others. Surely clubs should get together and challenge any unlawful decisions through the law courts.

Perhaps there is no conspiracies and the playing field is level! Perhaps not though. Either way, the leagues need to show every club is treated the same.
