Hasn’t had much choice by the looks of it, Halme not even on the bench so probably injured?

Conditions not helpful but decent 1st aif so far from us. You can sense the tension in the riverside without a doubt. Boro here for the taking in my opinion. We score first and I believe we'll go on and win

That's a brave statement.
If we score first 2 we might win.

Absolutely abysmal. Neither Murray nor Struber have had any impact

Don’t anybody ever tell me that Cavare is a defender he’s absolute dross. He’s happy enough going forward but he’s a liability in defense.

Thought it was Cabaret. Can't knock the performance just not good enough. In a sado masacistic way I've enjoyed every game i've witnessed this season.

Another game, another defeat. 8pts from safety, 9 including goal difference, and it's not even December.

"The most successful transfer window in BFC history". Get thi coit Hoss.

That last half hour was totally unacceptable. Shocking if truth be told. Heads totally went, nobody took any responsibility and we were all over the place. Demoralising viewing to be honest. If it weren't for Radlinger it could've been 4 or 5 and Boro are going to be near the relegation zone in my opinion.

This level of football is obviously taking its toll on the young lads. I can understand that after 18 games wi art a win and no experience in the side. Out of our depth, pure and simple. The owners are embarrassing this club. Feck me that last half hour was horrible, angering and painful.

We played some decent stuff going forward but they showed us how to defend their goal. They packed the goal area and we never got any clear chances.

Just think how bad we'd be if we hadn't had the best transfer window in our history.

We did play some neat stuff going forward but there was no cutting edge when all said and done. Boro were gash, there for the taking and we couldn't take advantage.

However, that last half hour we offered very little going forward and lost the plot in terms of players doing their jobs and team shape. Tha just knew we dint ev an equaliser in us tonight.

That defence of ours is schoolboyesq. Headless chickens with no concept of organisation, working as a unit or playing the percentages. Its supposed to be professional football and our coaches have got it totally wrong and I include Stendel in that. We simply haven't got the ability to pass a ball out of defence for a start but we persist on trying to be clever and its costing us game after game after game.

For boro's goal the ball should've been simply kicked into touch and we get back, re-organize and go again but no, we tried to be clever, get depossessed and concede. Fundamental shyte and I'd be pyssed off with adolescent footballers making such mistakes.

A football team shouldn't be assembled like ours has been. Players should complement each other, it's a team game and always has been.

Conway and his merry men have an objective of making profit, not a successful football team. Its seriously embarrassing us.

What did we get for Pinnock, Lindsay & Davies - £6M?
They've probably only played 10 games between them this season.
They're better off financially but I'd say we're all losers here.
If they'd stayed they would have played every game and we might not be in the bottom 3.
The men in suits have probably cleared less than £1m each after they deduct money laid out for cheap replacements.
Was it worth it?

Having been on Saturday and watching on i-player last night I'd say generally we look a bit "better" - but some of that is just new manager syndrome. If you take last night in isolation up until the goal we were by far the better team and we played some decent stuff with some nice football up until we reached the 18 yard box. Someone has already said we lack a cutting edge and I agree. Up until the goal I think the defence did ok last night too and Anderson played a lot better. Radlinger was superb, especially in the last half hour or so. It's just so frustrating to watch as we don't have any options on the bench. We needed a kieffer moore to come on last night and switch the style to try pick up a goal, but we haven't got anyone in that mould. You can see the effort the lads put in, Mowatt literally gave everything he had in the tank last night and they're heads are going to go when they get a sucker punch like the goal last night. Rodcurrie mentioned we should go for stearman at the blades - he's exactly what we need. That alongside a different option up front.

It's starting to get really hard to watch them as it's like watching "your" boys trying their best and getting no reward for it. It would be easier if they were all garbage and we were getting hammered but until that's the case we'll have to just continue to turn up and give them our backing!

Well done Frog you keep turning up and give that lot your hard earned money for no return whatsoever! Let’s see how you feel when he sells Woodrow in January and possibly Mowatt?
If that doesn’t sap your loyalty wait until we come back up next season and he sells 4 or 5 of the players that have improved and replaces them with more cheap rubbish!
Personally I’m saving a fortune on tickets, traveling, food, ifollow and merchandise and making money on putting our opponents in accumulators! £10 on Boro, West Brom, Saltzburg and Ajax won me £85.10 last night long may it continue until this lot sell the club!

To be honest the main reason I go is because it's a family thing for us. Onto the fourth generation with my little lad and niece now and it's just as important for us to do that together as it is to watch the team. I'm highly frustrated with the current owners and I spend most games frustrated as hell watching us cause our own problems. But that's what being a supporter is about I guess! I fully respect anyones decision not to go or watch, but that doesn't mean the people that go are any less annoyed or any less informed of what's really going on. It's our club, not theirs - and I intend to be there (alongside my family) for many years when this set of idiots are gone and forgotten. But be under no illusion; I'm going bald watching them this year :-) :-)

As I said earlier in this thread I only caught the last 25 minutes last night and we were absolutely dreadful bordering on embarrassing during that period .

Almost everything's been said regarding this season and what's occurred , to be honest I'm running out of things to post because we'd only be repeating ourselves .

It's got to the point where the Huddersfield fans at work are starting to pull for us , wishing me well and hope we win whatever game we have .

This tells it's own story , I want them to loathe us not feel sorry for me , if they loathe us it means we are doing something right .

Barnsley 0 Maldon and Tiptree 3

Struber's reaction--"We must remove these errors that cost us games and be better without the ball. Again we were the better team and the players are determined to get that win. It is now 25 games but we are near. The recent departure of Cauley will not affect us as we have George Miller to step in".

(Footnote--It was the 3rd Round day at Burnley last year when Hoss pillaked the East Dene lads saying a big signing was on his way following the sales of Potts and Moncur--it turned art to be Miller.)

XD certainly not mate! Just a home tie against lower league opponents could see us possibly get that elusive win and break up the monotony of being the championships 'nearly boys'
