Having read this story I'm amazed at Gareth McAuley for going public on his mate Kyle Lafferty like he has.
It reads like he's trying to upset the apple cart between Lafferty and Parkinson before he's even kicked a ball.
I wonder why McAuley sounds so bitter? Has he tried to get signed by Sunderland and it didn't go through..what's the connection? It's okay to know a fellow player's M/O so to speak but I think he should not have gone to the press/media.
