Rikki Ferguson who was a keeper from the late 80s has got to be one of the worst I've seen at Palmerston. Billy Gordon who was a midfielder before him wasn't too clever either but I always remember the fans always giving him pelters and then one game he pinged a screamer into the top corner from 30 odd yards and the crowd went silent in disbelief before laughing at who had scored.
I have to say I could go on and on but those two always spring to mind

Tony Gervaise the ex-Arsenal women’s team manager was extremely immobile when he played for us.

Billy always got a lot of stick from some of the Palmy faithful but he was in the promotion winning team of 80 - 81 and made 189 appearances in 5 seasons at Palmy.

More infamous for getting hypothermia in an away match at Anfield, Stirling Albion's pitch I think?

Callum Antell must be one of the worst keepers along with Cunningham that lost the six goals when Killie were relegated with Queens.

Phil Nixon from the Connolly era was dreadful. One of the worst Geordies that arrived from Newcastle.

Six years on from his short spell at Palmy (he is now 27) Antell has settled down and spent the last 3 or 4 seasons at Edinburgh City.

Bill has a wealth of great stories from his queens days and loves telling them. He is a natural comedian ......
