Swansea v Leeds Sunday 12 July 2020 1:30pm (live on Swans TV)
It’s crunch time as we enter the last four games of the season.
We face a Leeds team with confidence high after beating Stoke 5-0 at Elland Road last night, ex-Swan Pablo Hernandez on the scoresheet after coming on as sub.
Our confidence is also high after consecutive wins over Sheff Wed and Birmingham in the last two matches.
We beat Leeds up there 1-0 with a last minute Routledge goal at the beginning of the season and they will be looking for revenge on Sunday.
We probably need the points more than they do with their promotion more or less secured.

0-1 a cruel blow. Well they got their own back didn’t they, a last minute winner, same as at Elland Road.
It was inevitable that Hernandez scored, as do all our ex-players, a curse surely.
I thought we deserved the draw, but we visibly slowed at the end and Leeds were much fitter and caught us on the break in the 89th minute and a goal in off the post. Why Cooper didn’t use the subs until they scored is unforgivable, they would have given us fresh impetus.
A win at Forest is a must now. Typical Swans, fail when it matters most.

This is a bad habit conceding in the last minutes. This season Fulham and Hull spring to mind, I’m sure there’s more, so many points dropped. If you can’t win make sure you don’t lose. Can’t they learn to keep the ball near the end instead of punting it down field to the opposition.
Very frustrating today and you just knew it was going to happen. Where were the subs?

All that hard work for nothing, a sad day. We matched them right to the end. Ex-Swan Hernandes was bound to score, and we gave him too much room. Such a good player but he was always injured with us, no wonder Bielsa uses him sparingly.
An unlikely win is needed at Forest on Wednesday.
