Or will we just manage to pull it off again to get the PL money in Ashley's pockets and thus be in for another treat of a season with everyone's Brucie at the helm?

Both scenarios are frightening.

Steve Bruce has a rabbit's foot, so no.

Agreed, Hughie...neither scenario is appealing.

I think Fulham, even at this early stage, are gone. I suspect west Brom will be too not long after Xmas, sadly-it's just one of those strange seasons where mental stuff will happen like a lowest points total, etc. I think we're stinking out this league but it remains to be seen whether someone else stinks it out even worse than us.

Fulham Burnley and West Brom are already out of their depth and a few others are worse then us we will be fine

I also think we will be safe and in good time, but not because we are good enough to stay up but because there will be enough few others even worse than us and even with better managers than us as in Eddie Howe last season.

I don’t think we’ll go down but if Bruce walked out the door tomorrow and wasn’t replaced I still don’t think we’d go down.
Dyche could turn Burnley’s fortunes but Fulham and WBA look poor and so only one more space to fill.

I think on this occassion there are 3 clubs worse than us as well.

Fulham are gone, Baggies I sadly think are gone to and there will be a 3rd club worse than us this season.

Burnley are looking very poor, as are Brighton and even Sheff Utd, could be suffering 2nd season syndrome.
