It’s Swans v Robins today as we play that team just over the bridge, Bristol City. They were another side who’d forgotten how to win until this week. New manager Nigel Pearson, the fiery ex-Watford and Leicester manager, soon changed that with a 1-3 win at Middlesborough in his first game in charge.
Its unfortunate timing for the Swans as we face a team with the new manager bounce once again. Usually close affairs this game will probably be no different with Pearson, who watched us from the stand on Wed night, plotting our downfall.
Both teams have injuries, Bristol notably have ex-Swan Alfie Mawson out, but our ex-loan player Korey Smith, recalled by the Robins in January, will face us for the first time since leaving.
Swans top defender, centre-back Ryan Bennet, is out for the next two weeks with a calf injury and another experienced defender Kyle Naughton is doubtful.

Well guys, how to blow your chances of promotion in one easy lesson.
Much the better side first half, couldn’t score, dominated play.
Second half Bristol changed formation, we got a lucky penalty to take the lead, then sat back and conceded three soft goals,
Wells shot for the first, unmarked. Palmer straight in from a corner over the keepers head for the second, poor defending.
Pass back from Bidwell, Woodman too casual kicking out, ball charged down for the third goal.
Horrific defending, come back soon Naughton and Bennett, and let’s try another goalkeeper he was shocking today.
