It looks gen - as the guy who filmed it shows him on an estate being escorted into the back of a police van - as tho he’s being arrested.
But since seen tweets by police to say he’s working with the police.

It's a Reds in the Community PR thing with SYPD.

Conway likes to take credit for Reds in the Community projects but, as usual he does not put a penny in. The football wide network of Football Community groups at most clubs is funded centrally by the FA/EFL. Barnsley's section is run by ex legend Wayne Bullimore.

This is not to diminish the good things they do but The Arseoyle should not take credit for its existence. Things like the Keep Fit projects and the decoration of concourses are funded by the Reds in the Community centrally and a lot of the work is done by volunteers.
