Well done to the club for this.

Love it, apart from the sponsor logo, which should have been kept all black.

I quite like it, shame it will be replaced again in a years time, feel kits are somewhat devalued by bringing out a new design each year. In an ideal world you would alternate between changing the home and away kits each season and give them a two year run.

Yeah agree, good point, sponsor does ruin it a bit, would have been better in one colour. Cool having link to the past and present with the old and new badges. Long sleeve on first impression looks smartest.

C'est la vie. Quite a few good kits this coming season that have also been "ruined" by the sponsor. Check out the Blackburn sponsor to see how bad it could be!! Wouldv'e preferred just one Macron logo on the sleeve but overall it's an 8/10.

I like it, but why is it not shiney? The iconic shirt from the early 80s was shiney!

In the minority I know but not sure about it. I get it’s a throw back to the shirt worn 40 yr ago when we celebrated at dens. For me it’s 7/10. Will still purchase it for the wee lad though.

Genuine question. Did you prefer last years? :)

To be honest since macron became the strip sponsor, apart from the black and purple shirts none of the kits have been that great.

No complaints about the new strip,a solid 9/10 from me and only 1 point deducted because its not Adidas 😁

Do agree with that, sometimes too much going on. This one has less, sponsors included obviously. Wee bit nostalgia, a lot better than I expected.

Best home one by far is still the 19/20 Championship shirt. Did like last year’s away one though.

Yes that was was a belter, the 3rd kit last season a cracker too, didn't like last years white away, very poor version of the magnificent 93/94 away, though the home one grew on me as i didn't like it at first, as said above the 19/20 home kit was immense, the 20/21 home was meh, overall think macron have been decent, I like this new one, hoping for a black away top, white shorts, white socks with black trim, think 2014/15 away kit, a thing of beauty

I thought home and away macron kits championship winning season were superb, disappointed with their home tops since, thought last seasons was an eyesore, like this one though, sponsorship logo aside.

The sooner
we ditch Macron the better. The kits are **** quality and so ill fitting. Compared with my Scotland Adidas home top our kits feel vastly inferior.

I disagree. I think Macron is making an effort to please. Asking fans what strips are iconic from the past.

I’d agree the sizing is a bit hit and miss but I think the designs and quality are good.

Was in the club shop today with my granddaughter to get her the new home kit but nothing on show. There was a queue for pre orders and obviously when pre ordering the folk in that queue will know exactly what size they need but I needed to try the kit on her to see if it fitted her so why nothing on the rails? I was told there would be stuff in next week so I'll have to take her back to the shop......fkn hopeless, we'll be at least 3 lge games or more into the season by the time I get this strip and just think of the revenue the club has missed out on by not having it ready for the masses that travelled to Holland.

The supply of almost everything in the UK is fcuked at the moment and I think this is a side effect of that. I really don't think there is a lot the club can do about it.

I imagine a lot. I have never been one to buy a strip for a number of reasons but would have got one for going to Holland and no doubt a lot of others would be the same. If Macron are at fault then club should seriously be looking at the contract with them and moving to another supplier unless compensated for it.

Our kits always seem to be out later than every other clubs though so it's not a new thing. Be interesting to see if any other clubs are having supply issues.
