He’s potentially got 40 or more years of abject misery ahead of him.

It’s not just the police. It’s a problem with society. I’m not shocked anymore. A Barber, a Doctor,, a Politician, a Builder, Atomic physicist, you name it, the problem is inside the person and if not addressed becomes manifest. (Unless you are a psychopath because you are born with no empathy so it can’t be addressed)
