Annoyingly, the game isn’t on TV anywhere, only the Wrexham match is being televised. Wrexham, the new love of the sports media!

Apparently Bartley gave the attacker far too much and space, we really do have shyte defenders

New system 3 centre halfs, Townsand and Ingram wing backs

I saw the goal on Sky Sports News, very poor defending; we won’t survive in the Championship with defending like that.

Indeed Bomber buddy.
I’ve never been a fan of Bartley, but to be fair there is very little to choose between any of our potential central defenders ! All suspect to calamities - particularly playing out from the back.

Our Lisa told me, that Thomas Asante left the field with one boot on ,possible injury.
Chalabah was booed going of at HT and coming out 2nd apparently given an Albion fan the middle finger.

2 games in and it’s already looking depressingly ominous. If we lose on Saturday then it’s going to be toxic again..Carlos has to find a way to get this bunch going again. On and off the field we need some good news

I have my doubts that Carlos will still be our manager at Christmas; either he will walk because of the cr@p owners or the owners will fire him, make a scapegoat out of him to try to cover up their own ineptitude. I hope I am being overly pessimistic but with our defence, staying out of the bottom three at the season’s end will be difficult.

Tonight me, BaggieAl and Steviel81 watched Harrogate beat Carlisle 1-0 in a very good quality match.

A really good goal by a big, powerful black lad called Sam Folorin recently signed from Boro.

Just about to turn 23 and just the sort of younger player we should be looking at.

But obviously we won’t, our recruitment t w a t s won’t have the faintest clue about him.

Also a superb defensive display by a lad called Kayne Ramsey aged just 22, tall, competitive and composed, he won everything and read the game beautifully……made Kipre look like a Sunday league player in comparison.

There are good young players out there.

Sometimes it's easy to blame the defence, we need to be better at keeping the ball further up the pitch so we don't
keep putting pressure on the back 4, IMO we need at least 4 more players but i really can't see that happening, again so far we have only used 1 loan space.

On the Harrogate highlights below note the skill by young Odah down the left wing for starters.

Then the goal by the lad Sam Folorin…..just look at how quickly they break and how direct the boy is with his half chance.

Then in the move after the goal his desire in creating opportunity and getting a shot away.

The chap Kayne Ramsey is also seen making a terrific clearance after the ball hits the bar, good positioning and awareness like this was evident all night.

We have got to start looking lower down and finding these types of players.
