Nothing has changed at the club for decades, you think Barry is modernising, developing, he is not.
He is keeping the club afloat, and thats it.
If you think about all of football has developed, grounds, finance, etc, it becomes clear United are just existing, keeping the staus quo, it requires development to do that, and not regress, nothing stands still, you either develop, or go backwards.

As time goes by re the development, the ground footprint price goes up, Barry is biding his time.....for the right time to sell. The redevelopment is hooey, how many years has it been now, with zero progress.
