I received an email this morning from my security package that some of my details had been found posted online following a data leak. The compromised site is vi talfootball.co.uk (without the space, obviously and for obvious reasons).
Here's a template for an email to have your details removed from there as, if my details are out there, it's feasible that those of any of you who ever registered with vi tal are also out there.

Subject: Request for Account Deletion - [Your Username]
Body:Hello,
I am writing to request the permanent deletion of my Vi tal Football account.
Please delete all of my personal data, forum profile, and registration details associated with the following information:
Username: [Insert your username here]
Registered Email: [Insert the email address you used to sign up]
Under data protection regulations, please confirm once my account and personal information have been completely removed from your systems.
