This book was a no 1 best seller of the New York Times.

Its not about not caring about everything, but choosing what to care about. You only get so many things to give a ---k about, so choose carefully.

If you dont, you will get cancer, prostate problems, digestion problems, even dandruff.

For instance, if United lost every game from here on, would i give a ---k. No.

If they won every game from here on, would i give a ---k. No.

If someone close to me got done, would i give a ---k, yes. They had better watch out. There is the feedback loop from hell, i do that a lot, worrying about your own worries, and how you worry.

The best thing, is to not give a ---k and move on.
