OT: D&G Standard Contact (Help Required)

Hi. My family have been trying to contact the Standard to place a death notice. None of us live in the town and the numbers we've tried (255252 and 240342) haven't responded or are out of service. Can anyone recommend a contact? Any advice appreciated.
