He were after me 'cos he'd found out that a mate off of mine died yesterday, from chickenpox. Very strange like, he'd had it a few days, and it weren't getting any better. He'd recently split from his wife and were living with his dad. On Tuesday night he were getting worse, so they got the doctor out. The doctor gave him some stuff and told his dad to get him to bed and check on him.

His dad went to check at about 4.30 and found him carked. He were a nice bloke to be honest, and he's from a proper nice family. I'll be gan to the funeral, likely next week.

Quite a shock to be honest, he weren't even 42.

Very sad. I only found out last week that a guy I went to school with and used to drink with who I hadn't seen for about a year died a couple of months ago from bowel cancer. He was 39 or maybe had just turned 40. Life's ****.

I had nee idea chickenpox could be that bad to be honest, I knew it were worse for grownups than for kids, but for it to kill a bloke, that were shocking.

I had it when I were about 35.

It weren't that bad tbf, though it did make me miss a stag do.

I noticed on the origional thread where Moorlads mate outed two folk for allegedly doing drugs, does Jim know any suspected rapists or murderers that also need apprehended?
