I'd like to pass on condolences to his family.
I have early memories of him from the days I was lifted over the terracing wall to watch him at the end of his career and I know the whole Motherwell support of that era appreciate the huge contribution he made and hold him in the highest regard. - view external link

He played even before my time but, by all accounts a tremendous player and perfect gentleman. Condolences to his family and friends.
Yes sad indeed my father still raves about Andy, by all accounts a true professional and gentleman from a golden era.
Truly one of our all time legends.
