A few thoughts on yesterday's game

Craig Morgan immense in defence. He won most everything in the air. And no, I disagree that yesterday's game was similar to the Gillingham game last season. If you remember Deon Burton gave Ian Sharps a bloody nose in that game.

There were some amateur dramatics from their number 9 Lalkovic when he appeared to dive in front of the Family Stand faithful. Lalkovic was clearly stunned when the word 'cheat' began to ring in his ears. He wasn't ready for that.
Some time later up steps their number 10 Craig Westcarr. He too dived in almost the same part of the pitch. He was more than rattled when yet again the shouts of 'cheat' rang out from some parts of the Family Stand. He was so taken aback by the shouts of 'cheat' he ran over to play on the opposite flank.

Both Westcarr and Lalkovic were substituted in the second half.

And so Walsall sent on their number 30 Michael Ngoo who stood well over six feet tall. He too failed to rattle Craig Morgan.
