Four options

Option 1

We grind out enough points this season to warrant another proud season in the Premier League, basking in Sam's glory and the owners' smug comments that they always knew we'd survive. We then look forward to another season of cup capitulations and craned necks looking for the ball at the matches and over our shoulders at the relegation places.

Option 2

We get relegated. But the owners (no smugness now) announce that the Dudley Dinamo is just the man to pioneer a speedy return as he did it before. We do however have the knowledge that as boring as the football will remain, the inferior nature of the opposition will mean we'll win more than we'll lose and no game will fill us with a sense of foreboding.

Option 3

We stay up and in a moment of madness the Chuckle Brothers sack Sam and appoint a new man who has a reputation for attacking football, but with the existing squad lacking in players to fulfill the new philosiphy and not a fortune to spend in the summer may be a risk

call me mr know it all but option 1 and 2 seem very realistic,

Cards on table time. I don't like SA's style of football.In fact I don't know anyone who does. Having said that SOME of our football has been watchable although a lot, particularly away, hasn't.

But the thought of Pinky & Perky appointing a manager who likes to play pass and move football is a non starter. Why? Sullivan has said he wants a British manager.

Brendan Rodgers has a job and I don't see too many other home grown managers with experience of top level football wanting to play that way.

For those that want him out there is ONLY one option. Don't buy tickets. Don't renew your ST's. We are seen as customers now and whilst no one changes their football club in the same way as you'd change, for example, your brand of toothpaste your teeth won't fall out if you stop paying to watch football.

And we are going to have to attract new "customers", no doubt the board hope high paying corporate ones, when we move and the present brand of football isn't ***y enough to do that.

brady seems to have had her head turned by politics although she'll milk the OS opening and i won't begrudge her that. shrewd lady but will move up to bigger things than WHUFC thereafter

we need buying out, sooner rather than later, that would be my call and it wasn't a little while back
