With Cork & Wanyama already sidelined through injury, the last thing needed was an injury to Schneiderlin.. :s
Perhaps one or two of the younglings might get a taste of the action alongside Davis on Sunday.. - view external link

Assuming those three are injured I'd start like this (any news on if Lovren's found his balls??) Would love to see how we'd cope with such a young ENGLISH team and to see how Chambers would do at CB...
Boruc
Clyne - Chambers - Lovren - Shaw
Reed - Ward Prowse
Lallana - Ramirez - Rodriguez
Lambert
Now that would give Roy something to think about :D
I'm sure Chambers would do just fine - he's got all of the attributes to make a quality centre-back..Quote:

Either way, your sample selection is not so far wide of the mark - looks great with so much English talent on show, and not so far from fielding an all English starting IX (a la Villa, IIRC)
On the plus side, that article says that Guly is a doubt.
It's got to be JWP and Davis in the middle for me.
'Midfield? We haven't got a Midfield'
I give it 5 minutes before the fans with no song copy it >;)
