Morning Buc.
Did an 4 mile run on Friday, tried that Nike+ App but it divernt work. Downloaded another 1(one) called Runkeeper so will give that an go.
Went out drinking all day Saturday so that cancelled out the run from Friday.
Yesterday played golf. Done ok, 2(two) burdies for me personally and my partner and I(me) won at the last.
I do enough walking in my work time so ive no desire do it for pleasure...
We had one of those pedometer thingys given to us once,the average was twenty(20)miles walked and that included pushing heavy beds with patients and equipment on it,it feels twice as bad if its a runner to ICU or somewhere...
Walked to the Brook, staggered back.
Gardening. Cut the grass, twice. Shifted barrowloads off of compost then turned the piles.
I'm DYING.
