what would that equate to in the top flight? assuming he does carry the same form into next year (a big assumption, as many a player have tried and failed to make the step up), i would suggest that 8-10 goals would be about par, and that is if he starts every game.
that would be enough to pip nolan in terms of a goal return, but is it 4mil worth of 'pip'? i'd suggest no. (another assumption that they would be both vying for the same position, and their form remains constant.)
27 is too old if you are looking to start building a team, but it isn't too old if the sole objective is just to get to the olympic stadium no matter what. i think we all know where we are at on that one.
