I bumped into a Milwall fan in London last July and he got quite emotional when he talked about Jackett leaving his club. He absolutely loved the guy 'and everything he did for Milwall'. He told me to read the book "Family: Life, Death and Football: A Year on the Frontline with a Proper Club" to get an insight into Jackett. That summer I picked it up off Amazon for a couple of quid and it's a cracking read. It's about 75% about what really happens behind the scenes at a football club (in this case, Milwall) and 25% about what Jackett is all about. Everything I read about Jackett is spot on and exactly as he carried himself this season. Very clever leader. If you are interested in what Jackett's all about, or just how a football club works in general, it's definitely worth having a read.
Absolutely right, Wolfiebill. I have read the book. I have menQuote:

Delivering promotion, expected by most, but he has still had to assemble a team capable of doing it. He has backed in the transfer market and all those players have contributed. He has got Wolves playing a system and a lot of the time, on the deck, who'd of thought that :)
Ending the season with promotion and more than likely the league title will be icing on the cake. The work will then begin again for next season, a lot tougher than this one, more signings needed to bolster the squad.
