Ode To Wolves
Not my words but I liked it...:D
Ode to The Wolves
To some McCarthy was Merlin, to others he was simply Mad Mick.
By the end of his time at The Mol the natives were feeling sick.
Tearful Terry took over but the slide could not be stopped. Out of the Premier League, like a stone The Old Gold & Black dropped.
In came Solbakken the man with the chrome dome. But Morgan's bottle went, and Stale was on the plane home. Next in was Dean Saunders who talked like he was from Mars. He took The Wolves into League One, and left plenty of scars. Demented Deano was out, kicking up a fuss and a racket.
But out of darkness cometh light and here was Kenny Jackett.
A man of class who gets the job done, under KJ matches were starting to be won. The deadwood was out and in came his men. Pride in the Old Gold & Black was restored once again.
The Southbank sing his and ask KJ for a wave.
He knows we ay Wanderers for today or tomorrow.
We're Wolves from cradle to grave.
He's taken us up at the first tim
