What do we think of the Academy on a whole ?
I'm pleased with this year's crop of youngsters but let's not be delusional about it most academies could produce talent capable of playing at division 3 level.
I believe that over the past few years it's not performed to the level we'd expect. Southampton sustain themselves in the Prem through homegrown talent and we're a bigger club than them so surely the coaching staff at the academy are under achieving ?
